Admissions | Giheke Technical Secondary School

Why Join Us

A Hands-On Technical Education

Admission to the school is competitive. We look for young people who combine solid academic performance with curiosity, discipline and a real interest in learning practical skills that lead to employment, self-employment and further studies.

GIHEKE TSS offers seven technical trades: Software Development, Electricity, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Systems and Architecture, Building Construction, Networking and Internet Technologies, and Accounting. We follow a competency-based education system emphasising hands-on practical training, project-based learning, and continuous assessment.

Students work in computer laboratories, technical workshops and classrooms, with continuous assessment throughout the year and supervised industrial attachments with local companies and workshops.
